Homework:
Students have homework every night. They should have a math page and a spelling assignment. See below for the daily spelling assignment.

I give and collect homework on a daily basis.
Please check the website each week for new information.
Spelling homework will be consistent from week to week.
Monday-Write each word 3 times. Highlight the sound or letter combination of the week.
Tuesday-Write each word in a sailboat-example below for the word CAT

Wednesday-Write each word and divide into syllables- example: row/boat
Thursday-Use at least 5 words in a paragraph. Remember to indent. Use proper capitalization and punctuation. Topic sentence, detail, detail, detail, closing sentence.

- Please practice telling time with your child. This is a skill that requires a lot of practice. Many students have difficulty with telling time to the half hour ( for 12:30-many will say 1:30 or 11:30)
